Ian and David founded Towards People in 2016 to break new ground in people development in the creative and media sector.
Ian Roberts
Co-Founder
Head of Kingston Business School, Ian has coached over 150 leaders, with a solid track record in leadership development, building businesses, organisational development & psychology; and exec coaching. Expert in supporting people through personal transition and career progression, Ian is inspired by seeing people flourish.
David Cuff
Co-Founder
CMBE, Senior Lecturer in Professional Practice, Leadership Development Trainer, Humanistic Counsellor, & Dialogic Executive Coach. A certified FIRO-B practitioner and Commercial Skills development specialist. Ex Commercial Director of Virgin Media TV; Exec VP, Commercial of Flextech TV & Broadcast Director of Initiative Media.
